At the Watership, we pride ourselves on is the quality of our homemade desserts. On the menu at the moment we have some stunning options, including baked New York lemon and lime cheesecake and baked apple sticky toffee pudding. However, the caramelised white chocolate blondie, served with homemade pistachio ice cream, is a dish our chefs are especially pleased with. Every part of the dish is made in-house. Chef Steve Gilbert said: “A lot of places don’t give desserts the attention they deserve, but here it’s one of the things we are most proud of. We think it is essential that you end your experience at the pub on a high." Next time you visit, make sure you leave room for pudding - you won’t be let down.
