An independent plant Nursery specialising in herbaceous perennials. Now recognised as one of the UKs leading plantsmens nurseries, stocking over 1,200 plant varieties, including many rare and exciting species - winners of over 20 RHS Chelsea Gold Medals. Whitchurch Silk Mill
Only 2.3 miles away you will find the oldest silk mill in the UK still in its original building. A gem of industrial heritage in beautiful, rural Hampshire, Whitchurch Silk Mill is a Georgian water mill that weaves silk using 19th century machinery.
7 miles by car and you will find Highclere Castle, or some might know this as Downton Abbey. Designed by Sir Charles B architect of the Houses of Parliament this castle is steeped in history.
