Long Ears Cocktail - available on our takeaway menu - served in 16oz takeaway cups

We teamed with our neighbours Bombay Sapphire and created a special Watership Down Long Ears Gin Cocktail to launch our Beer festival last May.

We thought that we would share this lovely refreshing drink for you to enjoy at home while the sun shines.

Method
Simply add the Bombay Sapphire Gin and Curacao over ice into a tall glass and stir, pour in the Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic and dress with slices of lemon and a sprig of mint. Don’t forget to give the wedge of lemon a quick squeeze before dropping it into the glass. And Enjoy!

  • 50ml Bombay

  • 15ml Orange Curacao

  • 200ml Elderflower Tonic

  • Fresh Lemon and Mint
