We have seen an increase in the number of customers asking us about vegetarian and vegan options, and we have adapted our menu to cater for these requests. For vegans, we now offer a mildly spiced coconut curry, and for vegetarians a beetroot gnocchi and butternut squash spaghetti, cooked in a creamy white-wine sauce.
Chef Steve Gilbert said: “The number of people who are vegetarian and vegan is ever growing and it’s important we keep up high standards across all the food we send out.” The dishes have proved really popular with our customers, who have enjoyed seeing different and innovative options on the menu. The butternut squash spaghetti is made using a device called a spiralizer. All our food is freshly made, so if you let us know about any dietary requirements when you book, we will be able to change dishes to suit your needs.
