We are proud to support local producers and where practicable we use locally sourced seasonal ingredients. When in season we offer a wide range of game including grouse, venison, partridge and pheasants. Again trout from the river and watercress from the Test.
The Restaurant is open plan forming part of the bar area and extends into the South facing conservatory. The conservatory may be booked for private parties. Dean our Head Chef regularly changes the menu, dependant on what is on offer locally. Some popular dishes remain on the menu the whole time.
The Watership has a private dining room on the first floor which can be privately hired. The Dining Room can seat up to 16 people, here you can enjoy the seclusion when entertaining friends and family
